The Building Better Futures Grant Program offers $5,000 to college-graduating seniors enrolled at any UNCF Member Historically Black College or University (HBCU) to assist with their post-graduation career. To qualify, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale and be an underrepresented minority student. To apply, you must submit an essay and a reference (optional).

To increase your chances of getting a scholarship, apply early, follow all application instructions, and write a great scholarship essay (if applicable)! For more help, ask a Mos advisor!
Start by making a list of all your professional experience. This includes any jobs, internships, or volunteer experiences you've had. You can also include impressive achievements like being a part of a club, or winning an award. A standard resume is no more than one page long.
