The Commander Newell S. Rand Jr. Scholarship Program provides up to $1,000 to eligible students pursuing studies in Environmental, Park law enforcement, or Criminal Justice, including coursework in relevant areas. If you are a high school student with a GPA of 3.00 or a college student with a GPA of 2.5, enrolled full-time, you are eligible to apply. Three letters of recommendation and an essay are required.
