Cynthia Ruth Russell Scholarship

The Cynthia Ruth Russell Scholarship offers up to $5,000 to Kansas residents living with a disability. To qualify, you must have an acceptance letter or current college transcript, be enrolled in 12 credit hours per semester, demonstrate financial need, and attend one of the eligible Kansas four-year universities or two-year technical/community colleges.
