The DAR–Lena Ferguson Scholarship offers $5,000 to students who have graduated from a District of Columbia Public School or Public Charter School but may reside in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia area post-high school graduation. To qualify, you must demonstrate financial need, have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in a two-year, undergraduate or graduate degree nursing program; and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. FYI: You have to ask someone to write a letter of rec for you.
