The Diane Hoppe Memorial Scholarship offers $2,000 to graduating high school seniors and college freshmen residing in Colorado who are interested in Western water and plan to attend a public school in Colorado. Special consideration is given to applicants who are interested in pursuing a career in water or water-related fields and those with proven leadership in Western water issues or water-related issues.
