The Diane Lewis Scholarship Award is for seniors of a high school in Gary, Merrillville or Hammond, Indiana. To qualify, you must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of “C+” as defined as a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. To apply, you need to submit an essay and two recommendation letters. Good luck!
