The Gus and Ethel Wolters Scholarship is offered to residents of Lavaca County, Texas, who are graduates of Shiner High School or St. Paul's High School in Shiner, Texas. To qualify, you must attend or plan to attend a Texas college or university and major in one of the following fields of study: applied arts, business, religion, or science. You also need a minimum 3.2 GPA out of a 4.0 GPA scale.
