Kentucky PTAOverview
The Harold L. Steele Student Scholarship is awarded for a two-year period, $500 for each year to high school seniors in Kentucky who plan to attend college in the state and major in education. Applicant Must Attend a School with a PTA/PTSA “In Good Standing". Financial need, academic achievement, personal remarks, and involvement in school and community service will be considered by the selection committee.
