The Hispanic Community Affairs Council Scholarship offers up to $2,000 to Hispanic/Latino residents of Alameda County, California, who are high school graduates, GED recipients, or current undergraduate or graduate students. To qualify, applicants must be attending or planning to attend college in any state. Selection is based on financial need, academic record, an essay, and an interview.
