This scholarship is offered to graduating senior from a high school in Tippah County, Mississippi who are an active member of a Tippah County 4-H Club. To qualify, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and a minimum ACT score of 18. You'll need an essay and two recommendation letters for the application.

FYI: You have to ask someone to write a letter of rec for you.
