If you are residing or attending school in the states of Wisconsin or Kentucky, you should definitely check it out! The Howard E. and Wilma J. Adkins Memorial Scholarship is a $2,500 award to a full-time junior or senior-level student pursuing a minimum four-year bachelor's degree in welding engineering. To qualify, you must be a minimum of eighteen years of age, be a US citizen, and have a minimum 3.20 GPA in the engineering, scientific, and technical subjects and a 2.80 GPA overall.
