Overview

The Jeff Oliphant Memorial Postgraduate Scholarship is for a member of the NATA/GLATA and WATA who has a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. To qualify, you need to be a practicing athletic trainer or athletic training educator in Wisconsin pursuing a master's or doctoral degree that will contribute to the athletic training profession and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. To apply, you need an essay, and you must be nominated by a Licensed or Certified Athletic Trainer.
