The Jim Graham Leadership Scholarship provides $1,000 to graduating high school seniors who attended the full week of the Cooperative Leadership Camp. Teens are only eligible if they have attended Cooperative Leadership Camp while they were in high school. An essay and a letter of recommendation are required for the application.

It's basically a summary of why you're great and deserve the scholarship or funding you're applying for! Typically, students ask teachers, mentors, coaches, or employers (never family or friends). FYI: You have to ask someone to write a letter of rec for you.
