The St. George's Society offers two scholarships for students of Greek heritage enrolled in full-time undergraduate programs. The "Stavros Bellos Scholarship" awards $7,500, and the "Arthur Athanasiou Scholarship" awards $5,000. You must have a minimum 3.2 GPA, upload all supporting documentation electronically, and additional eligibility criteria may apply based on the scholarship fund. The selection committee will evaluate academic performance, financial need, and other criteria, and may require a video interview.

Showcase your unique qualities by creating a short film on the required subject.
Your required income verification documentation is based on your student status. Please follow the directions presented in the application to determine what documentation you must provide.
If you haven't heard back within a few weeks, reach out to the scholarship organization! Some scholarship organizations email all the applicants to let them know if they were selected or not, while others only contact the winners—it usually depends on the number of applicants. It never hurts to follow up.
To prioritize your scholarship applications, think about which scholarships you have the best chance of getting (the most specific ones, with more than one winner), the ones due the soonest, and the ones that are awarding the most money.
Tip: We recommend you make a schedule for yourself to follow to stay organized and on track throughout the scholarship application season! You can always ask a Mos advisor for help.
