The Middletown Community Foundation provides up to $25,000 scholarships to students who live in the greater Middletown, Ohio, area or attend one of the seven schools located within its service area: Bishop Fenwick, Edgewood, Franklin, Madison, Middletown, Middletown Christian, or Monroe High Schools. There's one common application for all of their scholarships, which includes essays and may ask for recommendations. Local students have a very high chance to win!

To have a copy of your official transcript submitted for a scholarship application, you'll need to contact the registrar's office and ask that they send your transcript to the address you provide. Tip: Make sure to do this far in advance!
For a college transcript, you can also contact the registrar's office, or, you can submit a request through your college portal. FYI: Colleges often charge a fee for this.
