These scholarships are not limited geographically and are awarded for rescuing workers obtaining an associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing. Eligible rescue workers include pre-hospital care providers, firefighters, and police officers. Proof of acceptance into an accredited nursing program and at least one year of pre-hospital work experience is required. Applicants do not need to be members of ENA but must provide a letter of reference from a current ENA member.
