The Robert E. Altenhofen Memorial Scholarship is for students who are interested in the theoretical aspects of photogrammetry. To qualify, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student member of the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. To apply, you need a 2-page statement about your plans for studies in theoretical photogrammetry and research papers that you wrote in the field.

Some scholarship organizations email all the applicants to let them know if they were selected or not, while others only contact the winners—it usually depends on the number of applicants.
