The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship provides up to $17,000 to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree full-time and residing in a New England state: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. A Student Aid Index (SAI) from FAFSA of $13,000 or less is required. To apply, you may need to submit an essay and a recommendation letter.
