The HEEF Scholarship Program

The HEEF Scholarship Program is offered to First-generation college students of Hispanic heritage. To qualify, you must be an Orange County high school graduate or community college transfer student planning to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university. You must also demonstrate financial need by completing a FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application.
