Overview

The Helen Laughlin AM Mode Memorial Scholarship provides $1,000 for eligible radio operators pursuing higher education. Preference is given to residents of Texas, Arkansas then to residents of the ARRL West Gulf (Texas, Oklahoma) or Delta (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee) Divisions. Preference is also given to women Amateur Radio operators performing at a high academic level. To apply, you need an essay and a letter of recommendation. Good luck!
