The MECA Scholarship is for a student with the intent to complete an engineering or science degree, and pursue a career involving stormwater management or erosion and sediment control. To qualify, you must have a grade point average of 2.5. and be a Minnesota resident (college does not have to be located within the state of Minnesota). An essay is required.
